This issue primarily affects recipients using Microsoft Office 365 (O365)–hosted school or institutional email addresses.Our teams have identified that this issue is related to an ongoing Microsoft O365 service disruption that is impacting email delivery from external senders, including McGraw Hill. Our engineering and operations teams are actively monitoring the situation and working closely with Microsoft as they investigate and resolve the underlying issue.
